Our handmade pasta originated from the rustic traditions of Valli Del Pasubio, a region of Vicenza in Northern Italy, the homeland of my mother Adele who came to Australia in 1950.


Memories of my mum are of always having an endless supply of homemade pasta, stashed away in the cupboard ready to give visiting family and friends. The tremendous pride and joy this gave her led me to name our product, Pasta Adele, as a tribute to her.


Handmade at our property, situated at the foot of Paradise Falls in the small hamlet of Cheshunt, in the King Valley wine region of North East Victoria. Our pasta is made using only natural ingredients, whole free-range eggs and durum wheat flour, proudly containing no artificial preservatives, colours or flavouring. It is hung and allowed to dry naturally, giving it longer shelf life.


The Adele range of pasta include Italian mixed herbs, Chilli, Spinach, Cracked pepper, Squid Ink, Gluten-Free and Plain varieties, with some other surprises in the pipeline.


Crostoli, a delicate, feather-light, melt in the mouth sweet pastry, great with coffee or as a dessert was also one of mum’s specialities, are also in our range.


We also have ready-to-serve pasta sauce to complement our pasta, in Plain or Capsicum and Parmesan with more styles to come.
