JimJam Shiraz Goop is a rich fruit paste made with Shiraz grapes, Shiraz wine, sugar and pectin. The grapes are macerated in wine and gently cooked down over several hours, creating a concentrated spread with bold Shiraz character and a soft, spoonable texture. Handmade on-farm by JimJam Foods, it is an easy way to add depth and a touch of sweetness to a grazing board. Serve alongside cheddar, blue or washed-rind cheeses, or pair it with roast meats. It also works well as a glaze for roasted vegetables, adding a glossy finish and fruity wine flavour. The 180g jar is a handy size for entertaining, gifting or keeping in the pantry for an extra-special cheese course.
