ONA Cascara Bourbon Whiskey

A rich, coffee-driven expression of Glenrowan Whisky, our ONA Cascara Bourbon Whiskey brings together Australian bourbon-style whisky and the remarkable flavour of cascara — the dried fruit of the coffee cherry.

The whisky is finished with ONA Coffee cascara, adding layers of dried fruit, dark cherry and gentle coffee character without overwhelming the underlying spirit. The result is warming and rounded, with the whisky’s oak, caramel and vanilla notes sitting alongside the cascara’s naturally fruity, slightly earthy character.

Expect caramel, toasted oak and vanilla, followed by notes of dried cherry, coffee fruit and dark chocolate, with a lingering warming finish.

Made in small batches in Glenrowan, North East Victoria, it’s a distinctive after-dinner whisky that works beautifully neat, over a large cube of ice, or alongside good coffee and dark chocolate.
